Congratulations on the great sale results! This means that you are growing! If your product is sold out it will be labeled with the “sold out” tag. If your product is unavailable for longer than 3 weeks it will not be visible on the platform. Once your inventory is back again and updated on your brand dashboard, the product will be automatically available for purchase by the customers again.
Yes, you can plan a preorder for customers, but you will be required to offer a special promotion to the customers (for example a gift or a discount). Maximum preorder period is 2 months and you will be asked to share the estimated time of the product’s arrival with the clients. If the quantity of the preorder is limited, you need to provide this information to the clients. Please contact the Skinholy team for your preorder plans.
Skinholy makes payments on a biweekly basis via PayPal.
Shipping is only availabe for the customers in the U.S. You will be responsible for shipping the sold items to our customers. There are only two flat rate shipping rates (standard and express) that customer can select. You will be required to set your rates for those shipping methods. Based on your rates, Skinholy will charge customers for the selected shipping method and then pay you for the shipping cost. You are highly encouraged by us to provide free shipping option.
You will be responsible for handling all returns and cancelations. Customers submit cancelation or refund requests via Skinholy platform. Skinholy will notify you once a request is made. Every brand will be required to provide clear refund, returns and cancelation policy, which will be available to the customers on the product and brand page.
Skinholy provides a chat feature for every brand. Customers will be able to contact you directly through the chat and you will be require to respond within 24 hours.
Verified customers will be able to provide a review on the previosuly purchased products from Skinholy platform. Customers will also be able to ask a question regarding a product they want to purchase, in the Q&A tab. You will be responsible and required to respond within timely manner to all questions and reviews. Skinholy will be verifing all questions and reviews before they get published to maintaine quality and filtered out items that don’t comply with Skinholy policy.
Yes, the Skinholy platform only allows to sell cruelty-free product. That means your products sold through the Skinholy platform are obligated to be cruelty-free meaning not tested on animals by anyone (including third parties) at any stage of the product or ingredient development.
Skinholy will not be verifying your products. You as a brand are liable for the claims you provide to Skinholy and customers.
Every brand is allowed and encouraged to offer promotions and discounts on its products. All product prices can be modified in the brand’s dashboard. You will pay your commision to Skinholy on the final sale price.
Each brand can add the “promotion tag” to their product to highlight the promotion or sale to the customers for better visibility.
